Mistakes happen. High experience doesn't make you perfect...

Even if he has high experience, he can still do a mistake once in a while. He can't play every game like it's his best game. That's part of the game. But, the higher the experience is, the MORE he will make smarter decisions. Doesn't still mean he'd do that in every game. At least he didn't faul when there was 00:00 left and your opponent was on bonus..

If that prolific exp. guy makes all correct decisions what will my tremendous exp. guy do?? Its a rip off. I would have been better off buying a guy with prolific exp. if their decisions are both perfect. Could've saved a few hundred k. Damn!!

I was joking I KNOW that, but I was amused by how desperate the OP sounded. So I thought of cooking up a cheeky post. I have no guy with tremendous exp.

Experience doesn't affect salary either... so it's win win.

Even Michael Jordan made mistakes.

I was about to sell on of my guards because he made a lot of fouls on tight games and against the top competitors. Since he gained experience, his game improved against the same rivals and didn't foul out.

Mostly win win, but not always.

Pro:
1. Higher exp. is always good.
2. You can pick guys with higher exp. real cheap cuz they are generally old.

Con:
1. Cuz they are old, they can drop in skills.

But weighting the overall pros and cons, I am a huge supporter of guys with higher exp. I used to be afraid of the skill drops, but now I understand the drops are mainly negligible Anyway, I'm just picking out faults. I guess you could call it a win win
