wrong, playoff results doesnt count( unless you win the final). You need to win conference in regular seazon. You cant win conference with worsier record in regular seazon:D If you wana promote due to bot cleanup, the bots who are bellow 5th pozition doesnt count, since they relegate anyways. Id pray in your place for bbstar to win the league, since otherwise he has better point difference and hes gona have better chances to promote than you do.

Thanks for the response.

You say I am wrong but where did I include playoff results?

You can win your conference in the regular season and have a worse record than a team in a different conference that didn't win their conference.

The teams that I hope will create the bot promotions are the teams from Nippon II.3 and II.4. They are all bot leagues. So the league champion will be promoted normally. Then in the bot cleanup they should both be demoted and then I hope the next best human should be promoted.

BBstAr is good but really is only the 4th best team in our league. He will need a lot of luck to win. I hope for the 2nd bot cleanup promotion spot.

Won Conferenceconference place
Most wins
Least forefits

Best PD
Most points scored

should be like that, even when i am not 100% sure if winning the conference is enough or if you need to have the best record of the league(in most cases, theoretical also 2 or third in a conference/league could promote like that)

Great response. Here is the situation, no-one involved has any forefits.

If winning conference is the first tie breaker here is the bot promotion order:

Won 22 + 1389 Mythical Man-Month
Won 20 + 1098 BBstAr
Won 20 + 1085 Kyoto Shogun
Won 20 + 1051 Elandstraat 263
2nd 20 + 1200 Okayama Chon
2nd 20 + 923 Northern Kyushu Ramen Kings
3rd 18 + 927 Shikoku Otaku

If not the order changes to:

Won 22 + 1389 Mythical Man-Month
2nd 20 + 1200 Okayama Chon
Won 20 + 1098 BBstAr
Won 20 + 1085 Kyoto Shogun
Won 20 + 1051 Elandstraat 263
2nd 20 + 923 Northern Kyushu Ramen Kings
3rd 18 + 927 Shikoku Otaku

So Okayama Chon who got to beat up on bots all season will jump ahead of all the division 2.1 teams that had to fight real managers. He has a reasonable team but probably wont beat Mythical Man-Month so will he get the first bot promotion?

I think in GM-Crazyeye's opinion, the first scenario is what will occur. I would certainly like to know for sure.

the second won't happen, but let say Mythical man-month and BBstar are in the same league, but in different conferences(red and blue), while Okayama and Northern Kyushu are the second in conference but have a better standing then the winner of the other conference. The list might look like that:

Won 22 + 1389 Mythical Man-Month(Draft Position 16)
Won 20 + 1085 Kyoto Shogun(Draft Position 16)
Won 19 + 1051 Elandstraat 263(Draft Position 16)
2nd 20 + 1200 Okayama Chon(Draft Position 15)
Won 20 + 1098 BBstAr(Draft Position 15)
2nd 20 + 923 Northern Kyushu Ramen Kings(Draft Position 15)
3rd 18 + 927 Shikoku Otaku (Draft Position <14)

ti am not sure, if the finishing in your conference or league counts as a first tiebreaker.

Clear as mud. It seems no-one knows what the tie breakers are. How can no-one know the rules and why aren't they published somewhere?

if i don't know it, it don't mean no one know it. I am pretty sure some people know it, since it is easy o investigate - in this case i would trust perpete for example.(207356.10)*

That such things could be published in the rules is another thing, and here i am agree with you this should stand there.

* sorry i thougth he posted it in this thread, so my tone was to harsh.
