i think it works exactly the same way as it works in any regular game coz the team plays the complete game...so the enthu should also work in the same way...
but i am not sure.someone who has played a walkover game would give u a better answer.

I would imagine it works the same way. But I am wondering if you can tell by looking at the match report. Where it says which team put in more effort does it always say "Both teams played at the same effort level." or will it still show if one team put in more effort?

Well if you know in advance the game will be a walk-over, you can check whether the enthusiasm goes up the same was as normal or not by simply checking your enthusiasm before the game, and then after the "game" you go and set up your roster for the next match. If your enthusiasm has went up , bingo. If not, :(

I am trying to determine is the team I am playing in the PO saturday played PON or POCT in their last game which was a walkover. This will determine how I play the upcoming game

Definitely, unless they've changed it in the past couple of seasons:

(Although I don't know if it's possible for a team to set a PON / TIE and field a walkover, so if it is possible then they could well have both done PON and just one didn't set a lineup).
