Hmm, his passing is a huge problem in my opinion. You'll probably have to spent a whole season training just that, and it may still not be enough. The good news is, this guy is still young and you're in division 4, so you should be able to develop him into a pretty useful guard in 2 or 3 seasons.
However, it won't hurt to keep one eye on the transfer market and see if someone better is available. ;)
