Those are two nice looking players. Their inside games look amazing considering their heights, so great job. I just have two suggestions right now.

1. I would give both of them some more passing and handling. It's always helpful to have passing and handling around strong.

2. I would try to give both of them some more outside game, since they are both still young, have good potential, and are both short for their positions. The first playing would make an amazing Small Forward if he had better outside D and jump range.

Other then that you seem to know what your doing and are doing it pretty well. Hope this helped.

If I were you I would like to train them as a PG/SG to become a good SF, of course the Brazilian will have more benefit from that kind of train because he have the age and the hight more adapt, but I guess also the American will have a lot of pop up for the next season

At any way that is my suggestion, but wait others advices from another user with more experience :)

Thanks for both of your suggestions. I like both of your suggestions to focus on their outside skills and I really like the idea of an inside oriented SF. I do have another trainee that is a PF so I think I'll train inside skills for a few weeks and then switch to training outside skills. Thanks again!
