Charles and I have discussed this... although we disagree about what the right solution is to this, we both agree that something about the team spirit modifier needs to be changed. I'm not gonna go into too much detail as to how we are thinking of changing it.. as it would require explaining many of the details about the internal workings of the GE.
Suffice it to say we are going to change the modifier in some ways for next season.. though we didn't think it fair to touch the GE in the midst of the playoffs.
