You could also manage GS and enthusiasm better by playing players from 48-75 minutes a week and using TIE on scrub teams.

yikes, thats an expensive player and i think he got lucky he managed to buy him for ~300k.. if he sells this player he might get a lot more for him

I see that you have 18 players also. I would say get rid of about 5-6 players that you don't need including the 30 yo guy
