My opinion is that you always want to be able to exploit a mismatch. If you have decent players across the board, someone is going to get a mismatch and go bonkers. That also allows you to keep salaries down and have depth.

I completely agree. I'd pick an all round team over a team centered around 2-3 superstars any day.

Whatever man... 20 seasons is just too long! And even if you DO tank 100 million and buy 15 superstars your money will drain like water due to your Player Salaries. You won't be able to sustain that roster.
