First of all, you got super lucky! Secondly, you should single-position train him, which means if you want to get his passing up, play him from 48-75 minutes at PG, then train passing (just in case you didn't know). Game shape is a factor, he is at average, which is not good. For training, make sure to play him at PG for Pressure, Passing and Ball Handling. The other guard skills are trained for both PG and SG.
