After 50 minutes, he has now been placed on another team.

I don't get it. Very frustrating.

We will investigate and try to prevent the issue in the future. I'm afraid I just can't do anything in this case due to lack of data, I am very sorry to say. We'll need another instance of the problem to happen while we log the bids and then we'll be able to fix the cause.
