Actually, this was no fix. Sometimes NT tactics page get's stuck. The solution is to wait and set the tactic a bit later. It mostly happens while I'm not online so it's hard to catch and fix. Next time it happens, don't hesitate to BB-mail me directly so I can try and catch it.
