I almost have the same problem, I just bought a talented, scoring, SF so my starting SF can get some rest. The new SF has better stamina/gameshape than my starter. But he only got 2 minutes.... similiar situation.

The earlier post was correct about OF. My subs are far worse then my starters, but I get them equal minutes by using the Strictly Follow Depth Chart option instead of Let Coach Decide. This insures that the way you set your lineup is more or less how the game will be substituted. It's good to see a new manager trying to manage his Game Shape. If your still having trouble, you might consider getting a doctor with the massage specialty as it will allow your starters to get a few more minutes without dropping in GS.
