i think that you should keep the two 18 y.o and the 19 y.o P all star.sell the remaining two.the one with pro JS might attract some buyers.
train the other 3 in OD first till prominent.and then u can work on JS,driving,handling or passing depending on whether u want them to be SGs or PGs(though the only PG prospect among the 3 is the 18 y.o all star)

You have really good rookies. I had a 6,10 PF with the same skill set as your first rookie. If you want them on a national team I would suggest start training them now. However I would suggest using the second rookie for that purpose. I think you have a good future if you train and give those guys solid minutes. I would rank them on a scale of 1-10. I would give them a 7. Just remember training is the key.Oh and lots of scrimmages if you really want them to develop.
