Good job organizing the staff, let's hope we can start building a strong generation of players.

Just one thing that I'd like to suggest to the people who will be contacting managers regarding the trained players. I just want to paste something I posted before and see what you guys think:

"The ideal Stamina of a player is Mediocre (5) - Respectable (7). If your player's Stamina reaches Strong (8) or Proficient (9), it will be harder for him to achieve a Proficient (9) Game Shape. So if it is possible, don't overtrain Stamina above Respectable (7)...

...here is a graph showing what kind of free throw percentages are recorded by players with different Free Throw skills. (http://photosliv.ru/9297.jpg). Using this graph, you can approximately see what kind of Skill your player requires."

If you don't agree with this it's okay, but if you do, you can also forward this information to all the managers that you'll be in contact with.

At the moment I think it's better to focus on the primaries, free throw and stamina can be trained in ASG week and in the two weeks at the end of the season but for the remaining weeks I'd prefer to train others skills :)
Stamina is necessary to play Run & Gun but I don't think we have a team to play this, although a good level of stamina is surely better ;)

Yeah I didn't mean that we should focus on stamina and free throws, my point was to make sure the managers don't train Stamina over Respectable (they might think that the more Stamina, the better, which is not the case). And regarding the free throws, the point is that training them only increases the percentage by 1 or 2% every pop, so it might be worthwile notifying managers that it's not worth the time to put effort into that, as long as the player has at least level 4 in FT's.

He's Cascas (47670) hope you'll help him.
I have to take out Crazy Australian because I waited for him but he disregards my trust.
