I was able to get him a double-pop this week (rare)
But I'm doing opposite, to make him a scorer instead of a Defender. Anyways, for the 18 yr old you should get his ID to prolific, IS to prominent, and don't train SB, SB trains with ID. Get the kids rebounding up to proficient. Then go back to ID for 4 weeks, IS for 3 weeks, and then rebounding for 2 weeks. If you really want him to be a starter, you should get his stamina up. about 8-9 would be fine. Try to get his secondary skills up to at least inept-mediocre. But looks like you doing good so far.

Tip; You may wanna get a Doc if they get injured, cause every minute counts!

Okay so they both need passing trainig and thats what i would start of with 1st, get it to mediocre and then do some OD for a couple of weeks so its not atrocious atleast..... then focus on driving and get it up to inept on the 1st guy..... from there on you can just focus on their inside skills...... in the end if you train them till they cap try to get something like this on the 1st guy

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: awful Handling: average
Driving: proficient Passing: average
Inside Shot: wondrous Inside Def.: wondrous
Rebounding: wondrous Shot Blocking: prominent
Stamina: average Free Throw: average

I think we need to see the skills of the 26 year old, sometime in the next two hours or so. ;)

Actually, I do have thoughts on this and I'll try to remember to post them after our game tonight, but if I forget don't hesitate to remind me.

Focus on the 18 years old. I say 5 weeks od ID and 5 weeks of IS. Add 2 weeks of rebounding and he could look like this by the end of the season:

JS 2 JR 1
OD 1 HAN 1
DRI 2 PAS 2
IS 8 ID 9
REB 8 BLO 8
