You have a good plan. Crank those inside skills for a couple seasons. Don't ignore the shot blocking completely. You will be thankful. I would hit passing first when you are done with inside skills. It pops quickly and you can hide the defense at other positions. You cant hide offense. On two game weeks hit JS or 1v1. Age 21 start cranking his Od. As a perr all star balanced target sensational. Remember when training his inside skills, leave ID and IS a level below target. You will get a secondary pop for ID while training pressure and you can get a couple IS pops training 1v1 forwards.

I have a SF trainee who I was going to make a balanced SF. He is 6'6". He has perennial All-star potential.

Jump Shot: awful
Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average
Handling: pitiful
Driving: inept
Passing: inept
Inside Shot: inept
Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average
Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable
Free Throw: strong

My plans: I have two bigmen that I am currently training so, I was planning on giving this guy some training with them for the rest of this season and next season. Then the next season I would give him some JS/OD. And yes I am aware of the JS and HA, but I think I can fix it. So any advice on training would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Speraking as the guy who SOLD him to you...

careful he's foul prone.

Also: I can in BB-Mail give you a training log for the guy, if that would help you out.

As i understand you will train inside skills for 2 seasons and after that i suggest to train Js (forwards), 1on1 and PA.

I have to be honest while their is nothing wrong with your plan, if you truly want this player to be balanced then you need to train him as such. What I highly recommend is that you train all categories, but a train a different one each week. From my own experience it will yield brilliant results as you will see that "cross-training" effect kick in and you will have pop-ups in more than one skill simultaneously often come those Friday mornings. I have seen triple and even quadruple pop-ups happen. Good fortune 2 ya!!!

All this experience training I assume comes from your other account and not this one you started a week ago?
