Yes, to improve GS every player should get 55-75mins every week or so. Too much higher or lower than that will affect ur GS, use Scrimmages to improve GS... Stamina u have to do team training as far as I know...

Stamina and Free Throws are worth training once in a while to improve the team as a whole...
