Rwystyrk, played a lot of ptb with the czech NT team, which was maybe the best team in terms of secondarys and was uite succesful. I don't have much experience with this tactic, but maybe it is the one you are looking for.

patient may work well too, placing ur best sg/sf in a center pozition. and ur best passing center/pf in sg/sf pozition and swapping them in defence. passing is verry important so the guy who has best missmatch gets the ball.

but patient use mostly just one missmatch, which is outside the arc ;) I would describe it more as the real outside isolation.

While PtB utilize more the whole team.
