Off-Season Procesing Works like this I think:
#1: The draft,, see if you got a stud or a scrub...........
#2: Replacement of leauges, leagues champions, relegates, and bot cleanup positions are handled by random (except maybe the bot cleanup, thats the BBs choices) and also the injury, Game Shape, and enthusiasm reset
#3: New Rivals. League Placement: Well now your set in alphbetical order, and receive your new rival.
#4: TV Contract and Players' salaries: Well this is the time salaries are re-calculated takes about as long as #2. tkaes very long getting every single player re done.
#5: Downtime: The final phase of OP. this is when BB is temporarioly shut down while making sure everything is go and ok.......and BBs run some test.
