Let me post a brief message for the upcoming election. I won't write a long speech since you all know me and how I run the team by now.

Focus for me is to bring in the top young talent to build the team for the future, and also get the absolute best result from the players that are available to us.

I think I've provided a consistent track record of strong performance for a country of our size. In season 19 we won 5 games and advanced to the second round of the Asia tournament. That included upsets of #18 Philippines and #39 Australia, who eventually won the Asia tournament. We were their only loss. In Season 20 we were 3-5 but never lost to a team ranked worse than #39.

If you are happy with the direction of the team and support me as National Team manager please give me your vote.

Hi

My name is Bartek and I'm Jedi Master from Poland. I don't speak Japanese, I never was in Japan, I'm looking for new challenge.

I was Poland NT coach in season 15 and 16. Before season 15 our NT and U21 were the worst managed national teams in whole BB (we were 3rd the biggest community in BB without even single medal in both NT and U21 competitions). Then I changed many things in our work with NT and effects came very quickly - I won first medal for Poland in season 15 and first World Championships in season 16. I was key architect of success of our NT and U21 in last seasons, I created system, which allow us to win medal in every national competition for last 5 seasons (in comparison no other country has streak longer than 1 season). I teached and helped next NT and U21 coaches to continue my job, and after 6 seasons Poland won 11 medals (U21 started one season later because NT and U21 competitions aren't synchronized).

Now I want to do my best for Japan.

May the Force be with You!
