A last word about me. Today my players cost me 603k a week and that's perfect for me. I suppose it will be impossible to win a trophy but it's not my priority. I just want to improve my team by training, and make money to have a chance to win the B3 in the future.

The season that you've got a team to win the B3, the BBBL will be dominated like it has never been before then :D the first perfect season in the BBBL might become reality then.

And i'm going to go with Mizu too. Tho it wouldn't surprize me if Mizu decided to push the make-over button on his team some time soon. All his starters are between 28 and 31, and he hasn't got a BBBL starter worthy player that is younger than 27y olds (and doesn't look like he's training one either). So sooner or later, Mizu will have to rejuvenate his team, which means he'll have to rebuild it.

Should be interesting to see how Mizu will retool. Joe's always had a few youngsters around, so he's always going to be a force ( maybe not the team to beat now, but will be once again in the near futur).

And Obira has got a very important PG in Dirnberger. Future NT starter, that is for sure, with the potential to cause problematic match-ups for all his opponents. If surrounded by the right players, Obira could really rise up to become the BBBL champion very soon....

Hi all,

I'm back... again... :D
Third time's a charm i hope.
In my previous two passages in BBBL, i never made an attempt to stay. This time i will make an attempt: my goal is simple: i want to avoid direct relegation and battle it out during the playdowns.
I should have a team that is capable of winning a few games, but this season will be a real test and i have no idea where i am and how i compare to the other teams.
I'm looking for 1 more reinforcement in the coming days/weeks and hopefully it will be enough.

Good luck to all!

Hi all!

Thanks a lot for the infos and the analyse Joe, very useful for newcomers like me! :-)

According BB, the third team in Belgium ! BC FTA has no great player but a deep roster before selling 3 players for 1,8M. I don’t know what will be the goal of Franck Drebin (I’m a big fan of Leslie Nielsen :D) and how is his economy, but Franck will have to make many adjustments to stay in BBBL.

First of all, Leslie Nielsen is a legend! ;-)

...and well, as this is my first visit ever to the BBBL, I obviously need to work on many things, the first step was to do a first clean up of my roster. That is done and I now have a little bit of cash ahead.
Not enough to build a very good team of course, but maybe enough to at least try to avoid relagation...
Tanking is very tempting, but this is just a game after all, so why not trying to win games and stay in the top league?

Btw...I'm only ranked as the fourth Belgian team now...very very disappointing! haha...I truly have now idea how I got the third place behind Vottem and Mizu, but it was funny to discover that I moved past AmenRa!

I do know that it's a big challenge for my team to stay in BBBL, especially since I am in the "great eight" side of the division, but we'll see...I expect to have a very tough first month because I won't rush into any impulsive purchase. So, unless a nice opportunity comes up, I'll have to be patient to find the right player(s) and til' then, play with a very limited (talent wise) team.

Also, I am happy to be in the same division as Obira and KV again, they are both responsible of the fact that I did not promote to BBBL before! ;-)

...And of course, I'm glad to be the third team representing the south of the south of the country!...until Royal Canin and Radiations come back!
I voted AmenRa for the championship btw...no offense Mizu! ;-))

Well... I kinda stumbled in BBBL so I think the 8th place wont be far off my expectations... Didnt play alot of BB last seasons so didnt really change my roster alot. Ill see what I can do. Got not much time to adjust so Ill see what I can adjust the next weeks to try and stay in BBBL. Not very realistic but who knows. Im aiming for a good draft thats for sure :-)

Probably going for a good core of players (based on partly my current roster) and add young talents along with them. Will be balancing between being competitive (probably for second division, not realistic in first I think but Ill try) and giving great training. Got tons of experience now so Ill try to redo my training seasons from like 5 seasons ago again in a good way now.

After all who cares, as long as we are having fun.

Edit: Btw, its really nice to see alot of teams Ive seen in various lower division over the past four years. Nice to be in the top division for once, coming from 4th. Nice to see the buidling pays off one day even though Im not that active anymore due to work etc...

i must say i have many tempting options ahead. on one end, i still have a competitive squad that could last for another full bbbl and cup season ; on the other end, i have cash and i could buy one or two prospects to assure the team's transition ; but i could also try to build a team that could bring me far in the B3. who knows, maybe i'll never a chance go back to B3 again, so i might as well have to try now... i'm waiting for the calendar to be released, then i'll have to make some choices.

Second Team:
Obira Dragons II
I voted 'Arlon' ...once again.
They are realy strong enough too last one more season.
SSS will be a strong competitor.

Amenra is the favorite on our side....
We will see what will happen. I think we have the best 'Obira' team ever....but will it be enough ?
Yes, ....Dirnberger's training wil continue !!!! (for the glory of Belgium)
(this will be the reason our goal is only to reach PO)

Joe:....nice work with the presentation. (I' like to read it)

Welcome to all the newcomers and especally FTA ! (This is a good team with a good manager)
"Fran Drebin' ...once again 'welcome' in our Eragon Dome.

Greetings
