This guy has 1306 mins of "competitive" games (i.e., league, PO, relegation, Cup games). Personally, I don't consider scrimmage minutes as raising experience much.

He should be very close to popping, if he started as a low 1 sublevel of experience. I wouldn't consider it a bug unless he gets to about 1450 minutes of competitive game minutes without a pop.

Ah okay I'll wait and see then. Thanks. How do I see how many competitive minutes my players have played?

Under the career stats page for the player there is a tab for "career stats" and there you can see totals for league, cup, playoff minutes. That's how I check for how many minutes my players have gotten
