If you can afford to move him to PF and get the C you talked about, I'd recommend that. Imo, this player could be a good look inside PF. And when you want to promote, you could move him to back-up PF/C

Looking at your PF, it looks like he can suffice as more of a backup. why not just play the 27 year old whos better well rounded now at PF and keep the 23 year old at C, and then rotate minutes for gameshape and performance?
