You can list more or less for whatever you want, although if a price is past a certain point it will break the page (but it's some ridiculous number).
Now, if someone were to actually have the money to bid an outrageous price, they'd be fined so that the seller received fair market value, and the buyer would not get a refund.
Merely listing a big price is OK.
