Manager moflaffle perfectly content doing nothing and being average

It's Season 22, and the Mof State Squizzes are still not ready to contend. With their youngest player being 24, and still not having a roster skilled enough to win a title, moflaffle is sitting perfectly content drinking a beer (Underaged) with his average team. I recently had a talk with myself about my plans for the team. Here's what I have down from the interview.
Mof: "Moflaffle, what plans do you have for the future of your team?"
Mof: "Good question brah. I plan on winning my league and competing in division 2."
Mof: "Okay, but what will you do with your roster in order to win your league?"
Mof: "Nothing. I'll just wait for those 30 year olds to get better and bam, unstoppable. I also expect 38 year old Eugene Bollinger to re-gain national team form from 15 seasons ago."
Mof: "If you for some reason were to not win the championship, would you consider tanking?"
Mof: "Tanking? You mean that thing that gays and women do?"
Mof: "Good point, obviously you are too manly for that. You are also too good looking and good at life for that."
Mof: "Damn straight."
Obviously, moflaffle is the right man in charge of this team. Without a doubt, he will be winning da chipz without a sweat.
