The best solution would be to get rid of the NT/U21 altogether, but of course that's not one that'll be highly popular.

But I would be concerned this solution is too complex and too narrow to really be effective. If someone buys a scrimmage scrub for a game, should they have to be concerned about the age and nationality of the player and have to cross reference whether said player comes from a country of over 200 users?

If I have propose this problem is because this has happened: I can demonstrate it, but here I can't say which are the countries and the teams...I can also say, for example, that today one of my NT U21 players is on TL due to this fact and he has'nt received training for 4 weeks, so important for a small U21 NT like mine.

Then there are other exmples...: for example seeing one of your player on TL with an offer three days ago and today Retired!! that player has been bought at a lot of money...so what I say is true, and s a factor for our NT U21!!

I agree with Perpete as I have seen it MANY times when dirty dispicable day traders pick up your best young national team prospects for peanuts then list them for ten times what they bought them for and let them rot for weeks not training them. This is a disaster for small nations. It works for the filthy scum of the universe that do this because if even one player sells thay break even and if two sell they have made a massive profit. Usually half a season later if they still haven't sold they put the price down to something reasonable and they are finally sold to someone that may start to train them having lost half of a season. This is all perfectly within the rules and these selfish creeps obviously don't care at all what damage they do to national teams to make their profits. There is no malice, just greed, they are like tobacco companies, they don't hate their customers, they just don't care about them.

So BB is just like the real world... What can we do about it?

Just like TAT Fusion said, you have to find a group of local people who are willing to train local players and bid on them against daytraders. Especially Chinese are known for buying MVPs and HoFs for cheap at start of season, giving them 2-3 weeks of training and then relisting them for 1-2M.
So that's my advice: right after the draft make a list of all local talents (I use NT Scout) and send them a mail to let you know if they will train or sell a player. It's also a good idea to publish MVPs and HoFs in the forums, so the interested local players can contact the owners.
