I believe not, it might be because of All Star voting process that is slowing it down.

This is fairly common on All-Star Week - the final league update prior to the All-Star game tends to take longer than normal. My league has not updated yet either, but I hadn't really expected it to be updated until later today.

So, most likely it's all-star lag , and I thought it was Sunday lazy.. I don't think this is a bug. I'll wait until Tuesday.
