And don't forget, that occasionally, if number of members qualified to B3 is odd, then team with the highest world ranking without qualification is invited.

Finally, there exist bugs, which can change list of members.

Having 16 teams in a country's top league all do this in the exact same year would make for an even better competition.

(Which should kind of be the point of this whole game...)
