How come it took this long to assign him to a league ? is this a bug ?

A lot of new teams never log in, so I think they set the date of last activity intentionally before he registered, so that way if the owner never logs in, the team will go bot slightly faster. Hopefully I'm explaining myself well and didn't just make that sound more confusing.
