I cannot help you, I just wanted to thank you for asking this. I also want to know if it is beneficial to have an A, B, and C team

It is mostly impossible to divide minutes between players so everyone gets 48 minutes... I also have 4 who train fully and two who train as much as they can (about 30-45 minutes)... sometimes you can make 5 players train fully, but this is a sort of maximum for training two positions... so nobody can help you with training all of them, nobody knows :)

So, the goal is 48 minutes, give or take? Now, if this is spread across two positions, how does that work?

Purely for training purposes, the best way to spread the minutes is as follows (assuming Game1 is harder than Game 2 - switch them if Game 2 is harder):

Game 1: Start A-Team, Subs are C-Team
Game 2: Start B-Team, Subs are A-Team
Scrimmage: Start C-Team, sub B-Team

That is what I have been doing. You may have to balance it out to where your best 2 players are not on the A-team, but one is on the a-team, and the second best on the b-team.

Fantastic. Thanks.

And the goal is 48-75 minutes I gather?

sounds quite good... only thing is my C-Team is like really shit :)
ah well, once i have this team sorted out a little bit and everyone on a decent level its gonna be more about having a very good team and a ok team, not a good team and a shit team :)

and yes, i wouldnt go over 70 minutes tbh.. i've noticed massive differences

If your C-team is really bad, they won't play too much when the A-team is starting (maybe 10 minutes), which shouldn't hurt your team too much. Of course, in blowouts they will play a lot more.

if your c team is like (not very good), i would looking forward that the a and b team would get full training and the c ones gets the rest :)

When i was training PG/SG i got 5 trainees and one SF who gets some garbage minutes(betwenn 10-40 minutes), to give 5 trainees full training is much easier to handle then 6 and so i could manage that my strongest trainees get full training.

please use appropriate language...
