That's bad luck. But bad luck is part of sports. Certain teams are going to be plagued with injuries, some teams aren't. Certain teams have tougher schedules than others. I understand where your suggestion is coming from, but this really is kind of like getting rid of injuries.

@ GM-Perpete
That said, I think there would be a lot of people happy to have 3 home games in a row to gain money more easily.

All of us play the same number of home games each season, so you gain nothing with three consecutive home games except raise your cash reserves for a week. Since this game is not a sprint, but rather a marathon, I could care less for that very small advantage over other teams, which is in fact a disadvantage. Find me one manager that's happy about having 3 consecutive home games and I'll switch with him for a more balanced schedule immediately

I don't think so. You can't control the injuries, but you can control the schedule. I'm of the opinion that since there are already a lot of things we can't control (injuries, game shape random factor, fouls, cup draw), let's not make controllable things like league schedule so random.

The thing is, we build our teams according to the rules of BB. If you don't want to promote and don't want to relegate, but you want to make the most ouf of your season financially, then you build a team that can compete for two games/week - one away game (to maximize arena income) and one cup game. With three consecutive home games this strategy doesn't work, and it never happened to me before that.

Oh, no, maybe once or twice a season teams that are intentionally throwing away home games to maximize revenue might actually have their inability to compete in three games hurt them? Don't the BB staff understand that the correct way to play is to put out lineups that will lose 105-27 at home because our fans are stupid enough to forget that as long as the next game is on the road? Why punish the people playing the game this way and give an unfair reward to people who actually use the ridiculous notion of being able to compete and win three games if needed?

Luckily, they're looking at fixing the attendance formula in the future. If there's one thing that it needs, it's a significant and painful negative to teams that put out crappy lineups.

I'm not saying the way how attendance work is ok. I'm just saying I adapted to the way attendance works by building a 2-game-per-week team. Since fans don't care if I lose by 80 points at home, neither do I. From financial standpoint it doesn't make sense to build a team that can win three games/week, unless you want to promote (I don't). Since 3 consecutive home games happened to me for the first time and I didn't even know this existed, I made this suggestion. No need to crucify me.

Now show us what you can do as a manager instead of whining.

I think I already did that. I'm earning twice as much as league average while having 80k less in player salaries than league salary average.

Sometimes the difference betwen game shape 8 or 9 is not so small, especially if sublevel of GS 8 is low. So while it is controllable, there's still that random factor that makes it unpredictable a bit.

I just didn't know three consecutive home games can happen, that's it. Since BBs attendance model sucks, three consecutive home games suck even more. I already see it: I'll lose by 3-4 points against first-placed team (Grupa TNT) and I'll have 50-70k less in attendance income the next game.

Do you really think this is the appropriate way of answering somebodys request that was written in a very polite manner? Especially as a GM you should know better.
