You have a lot of 18, 19, and 20 year olds with a lot of potential. You should only have 2 main trainees and 1 other guy who's semi-trainable but contributes to the team in another way. Immediately transfer 4 of your 6 19-20 year olds. The longer you wait the less money they'll make you as they aren't getting any younger.

You really need to start training your top players
you have an 18 year old Hall Of Famer that needs minutes tomorrow to get to 48
if not he won't get his training on Friday morning
you need a trainer
you need to know how to train these guys or you need to sell them NOW

hey remember me? It's your old league foe anyways back to the topic at hand

agree with everyone. You don't necessarily 'need' a Level 4 trainer, but it is real nice to have a lvl 4 guy to get the most out of training.

you should train Joel Laws....he can be your franchise player and then get a couple of other 6'7'' + guys to work with him (if you want to go to TL). In my opinion you have 2 routes for him:

1. Either make him a SF

2. Make him a big man

first, we'd have to know his skills to see what fits him best

since you do have Jean Delamarche as a 19 yo 6'8'' guy, he's also the closest height to Laws. You can train him and Laws in defense first (outside defense for PG, Inside Defense for C) that way they an be better defenders at the Division 4 level.....we'd like to know their skills to have a better idea though

hope this helps

EDIT: Also keep building arena and since Orru is getting up there I think you should put him n the TL soon since his skills are dropping and the longer you wait to list him the more $$$ you will lose in the long run. Also since your team overall is in bad Gameshape I think you should manage it better. Like make sure your guys get between 50 and 72 minutes....thats their good spot in terms of GS Range.......and also I think you should join the USA-Offiste (http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/index/). BB-Mail jfarb (28800) to get approved where you will get further advice on how to make your team better here

You have an extreme amount of luck in your last draft.

You drafted a hall of famer on the final pick! LOL. He should be the cornerstone of your team.

You should get the training for that guy 48 min a week.

Download the training program excel spreadsheet. Try to work out the best arrangement (probably 1 on 1 forwards with the amount of trainees you have).

Get an advanced trainer.

Etc. But that is a good start.

Develop you arena.

Some changes that i decided to make

I have an lvl 5 trainer Superior i believe the name is called

Im currently Training Jean Delamarche and Joel Law at center currently doing inside defense until a pop for inside scoring happens.(from what i been told that happens).

I currently trying to sell Orru. He is getting up in age and i need his time to develop my other players.

im Also currently have Joel law starting at C while JD is his back up. JD is going to start Full time no sub in my scrimmages to get his time up.

since he developing here Joel law stats

Hall of Fame
Game Shape: average
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: awful Handling: awful
Driving: atrocious Passing: average
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

here is JD stats

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average Handling: inept
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

im thinking of developing them first then try developing their inside fence to 10 or 11 then try developing inside to same level. then try developing

I think that i could develop him into a PG up his Handling then his jump shot and range after im done with JD and Joel

also can people send me a couple good training schedule that i could use

and also what you think of my plan.

forgive any spelling errors my grammar is terrible

Just wondering what you paid for your trainer and what his salary is
for the most part, a level 5 trainer is more than your level requires
and more than you should be paying

a little bit more then my staff right now lol. the difference between lvl 5 and lvl 4 is not too much....I advise you find a replacement ASAP and get a level 4 with any or none specialty. try and get the guy's salary for less then 15k

this is my trainer:

Elson Tahiraga

Trainer
Skill Level: advanced
Specialty: Career Extension

Last week's salary: $ 14 289
This week's salary: $ 14 539
