Though, I got lucky in the past two weeks, and had a guy pop rom OD Respectable - Strong and then Strong - Proficient.
Probably because he's 19, quicker training I assume.

What probably happened was he was at 7.99 (respectable) then popped to 8.5 (Strong) then popped to 9 Proficient. That seems to be the most likely explanation if your player really did pop OD 2 weeks in a row.

Bought him two weeks ago, went from Respectable to - Proficient. Lol. You're probably right though.
