Newbie Guide to training:
First of all get the spreadsheet downloaded called the training simulator. Figure out how the numbers work for age/height.
Effective Training:
You want a level 4 trainer. You don't need anything beyond that.
Train one on one Guards or Forwards when you have 2-3 trainees you want to build your team around (draftees hopefully). Add more trainees to soak up extra minutes.
Why is one on one forwards or guards optimal?
1) Height doesn't really matter
2) Its the fastest training method
3) You can train up to 6 players
4) Its a salary efficient method of training (handling/driving does not cost much salary)
5) Handling and IS are good skills to get elastic effect going quicker
6) You get a better amount of training points which means more effective cross training
Why one on one forwards may be better than one on one guards?
Forwards are usually the most expensive players to find for their salary. Therefore, having trainees soak up those minutes while other players use the more optimal positions means a better overall team for the salaries.
Why one on one guards may be better than one on one forwards?
For taller players, handling trains better at guard. Also JS trains more effectively, while IS can be trained via the center position. For shorter players one on one forwards is usually optimal.
What if my players don't need handling/driving anymore? Well then you probably want to switch to one position training depending on how tall your players are

This is a newbie guide so advanced trainees aren't really available.
