I have seen either GM-Manon or LA-Koperboy say that they noticed a "cap" in attendance, but after the arena size is ~21k. I'm pretty sure they also said that it is useless to build more seats after your arena is at 21k.

There is a cap. Build 20k seats and you'll see it.
Best team in Aus arena prices/caped.

With that said, I dont understand why people bother wasting cash to go higher than 20k TBH.
