Well no one can really fill them in because they are all variables that change so let coach decide wont give you the same results every time because the coach is deciding what to do in different scenarios every time. Foul trouble, injuries, if the game is a blowout, stamina of your players, skill of your players are all factors in the equation. It is the same way with all the other types/styles too. I personally would just play strictly follow the depth chart because it tends to get the best results for me and I train a lot of rookies.

I also just noticed that you have Parker Carey on your team (4.7k 18 year old SF) which is probably one of the top SF prospects for the U21 team right now so you should either higher a good trainer and figure out what to do with him and how to train him or sell him for tons of cash. If you decide to train him, I highly recommend playing strictly follow the depth chart to get the best results for minutes with his training.
