I took the liberty to review some of your NT players, and I think a couple of them are actually pretty foul prone:

(season 23)
Mushfiqur Aslam: 3.0 fouls per 39.1 minutes
Tamwar Yahya: 3.3 fouls per 30.9 minutes
Sanun Sailom: 2.3 fouls per 30.8 minutes
Shaurav Nagendra Gandhi: 2.8 fouls per 32.0 minutes

That's 4 players that get 11,5 fouls per game if they play their average minutes.

If your NT consists of player that tend to foul a lot, it's easy to see why your team as a whole would foul a lot right? If they already foul a lot, they might even foul more when playing in NT games because of the better opponents. If you don't think your players are injury prone, then we might have to agree to disagree.

Maybe you could experiment with playing other bench players, that are under 1.5 fouls per game in their regular games instead of the ones that average 3.
