Pretty good trainee. Lacking in stamina greatly however he already has good skills to work with. I would say to train rebounding to respectable or better and then get OD and ID as high as possible. That's just a personal opinion on the defense. I always say that defense wins games.

I agree with defense first; not everyone on your team needs high scoring, but they all do need to play great defense to win games. I'd try and get OD to 12 and ID to 10 first, then RB to 9. You could put in some 1v1 or JS training in between every now and then, but I'd focus on those 3 cats. I'd also get passing to 9 when theo the main skils are around 12.

Before I decide further.

But looking at your guy... The reb and SB are low. And you need to work on the defenses a bit
