I fielded a roster of nearly 100K average and made the playoffs my first season in Div 4.

Don't worry about what happens in Div 4. Worry about earning cash and building your arena appropriately. (like building court/lux like right now--its a waste of money not to have at least 10 boxes and 200 court because you are selling out obviously selling zero seats in one case--if I don't see you building those after your seats come in I am not giving you anymore advice LOL).

Now since you are out of the cup you can concentrate on winning your league. Considering everyone is bot is should not even be a challenge. Strategies like RunNGun, LI, and Push the Ball is what you should be running against these wimps. Your next game you should play a 2-3 zone and look inside while playing normal. After that game you can just play TIE the rest of the season and win every game.

Use the scout to evaluate how to best lineup your players.

These simple tools should also help you play in Div 4.

It is not necessarily a bad thing. Take a long term view. Win this season while still making money. I would try to get three 18 year old trainees established. The easiest is either PG or C.

Season 25 just go to the salary floor, if you can survive great if not don't worry. Your aim is to train your three 19 year olds like crazy while you don't have to worry about winning and build a massive arena. Do at least a little cross training this season (some PA or OD for Cs or some IS or ID for PGs).

Season 26 keep salaries as low as possible while training your three 20 year olds and winning. Still aim to make money, build your arena and develop your team.

Season 27 back in division IV, now your 21 year old trainees are on salaries of $20-60,000 each and looking to make the U21 team. Sell one, with your promotion money and hopefully $500-1,000,000 from the sale of your trainee but players for the other three positions.

Now you are in division IV with a massive arena, two brilliant trainees and four other solid players. In division IV to stay until you are ready to make the push to division III.

Like I said during that game I really screwed up my line up (I accidentally had all 5 starters playing all the minutes but I was just setting those so I could change it later but forgot to change it) vs. one of the better bots.

Worry about your arena first. If you can get the promotion bonus from taking first in your bot league then you can basically set your prices to max and still get amazing attendance. Hence, get that arena built up HIGH

Often your team will be a lot worse than the competition in a division above you. But when you promote, you get a nice cash bonus + a big attendance boost and a bigger TV Contract. With all that extra money you can make improvements to your roster to be competitive.

oh and a hint: you get about a 15k increase in TV Contract, and with an All American team (or at least all american starters) it should bring you in a lot of merch (25k-30k)

That helps a long way, especially with arena
