It's kinda late but you can still try. You won't get in trouble for reporting someone. Well tou might if you report excessively for no good reason

I report any that I see (And I see a lot from a specific team) no matter how long ago they were, keeping in mind that the economy has changed a bit in this game. As the others have stated though, the older they are, the better chance someone has already reported it and it has already been dealt with accordingly. With that being said, there is still no problem reporting it. ;)
