Hey Targess, go to your team overview page and click on "Edit Team Avatar, Logo and Banner Pictures" just under where your banner should go. Here you just enter the URL of the image (and it gives you the dimensions the images need to be in). There are plenty of free sites that will let you do this like tinypic.com, postimage.com, etc.
