Cant fault what your've done for the last 2 seasons with the U21s, hence you may have to think about this next question a little bit.


How will being the Australian U21s coach for the next 2 seasons help you improve further as a Manager and also generally speaking, what are the parts of the game, where there are opportunities for you to improve as a Manager?

As for your statement Leeroy. Sid is a very naughty boy.

As for Sid's question. I'm looking for to the next 2 seasons as the squad will have more verity in builds and this will allow me to see how they effect a game in different ways.
