Hey mate. Yeah I'm a bit the same, I have some promising trainees but they are not close to being ready. Hoping to still win some games. Would be happy with mid table. Hopefully this forum takes off to add an extra element to this season

At the moment 4, but 2 of them I have had for a few seasons so they are pretty much capped so am looking out for some more trainees. Didn't get anything in the draft. Doesn't matter what nationality either.

4 big men. 2 20yo and 2 18yo. hoping to get one of the 18yo in the U21 team in a few seasons

Nice. All the best with that, the current coach Mickyster is doing a good job. Helped me with one of my trainees who just missed out last season.

Very happy. I have had an easy run so far though so not gonna get ahead of myself. What do you think hasn't worked for you?
