Scusate la domanda poco originale.. ma sapete dirmi l'altezza minima per allenare un lungo?

per me da 206 cm in su cresce abbastanza bene :)
poi ovvio che più alto è meglio è

Per me minimo minimo 201cm...ma sei veramente al limite
da 203cm crescono già bene

min 201 AG e 208 per un C;
ideale >203 AG e >211 C.
