I still have my trainees pop furiously on last two weeks, but no increment seen in training exemptions. Haven't read any clue ye on this on. So.. Help?


How much have their salaries gone up with that training? Hint: $0. So because their salaries have not gone up in that time, you're not paying the extra wages to earn the exception. When their new salaries are calculated next season, you will then receive an exception in the amount that their salaries have gone up.
