I would support that. Since now its unfair. People buying ald farts, game shape training and using blank lineups... there is no way you can beat them by training players since you will have worse game shape and you wont be able to use blank lineup, which is now supperior over anything else...

So its basicly 2 things we need to get rid of: Game shape training and blank lineups.

100% agree with you.

In a short time, everybody will be buying oldies, and few players will be trained.
Large part of users will soon be only training game shape.

Well, I like the way it's now, imo it's no need to change the curent system. Managers decide themselves what to train and how to train. Best strategy wins.
And 4 threads are probably too many for just one suggestion. And because that's a suggestion, it'd fit better in Suggestions forum.

By the way, I completely agree with you about blank line-up. Although I use it a lot, it'd be a good step for BB to get rid of it.

Would be great especially without the blank lineups, for example if somebody has a blank lineup picked and will not touch it before the game, there could be 12 players auto-picked + same tactics like in bot teams.

I like also the no-GS training, they can get it down or up based on playing minutes, so there is no way GS training can be still featured.

Speaking from the standpoint of being a manager in Utopia. I think that the game shape training managers will be the only managers that promote to Division III next year. The training managers who are going about in my opinion the right way and the better long-term way again my payment will not be rewarded for that versus the people who are taking the shortcut and taking advantage of a flawed system with the game shape training

I fully agree both:

- remove empty lineups:
Why managers who try to optimize minutes, who try to scout how your players should play against opponent are penalized when he/she will put players into lineup manually? I really don't get it! There should be some pros and cons in all decisions and now empty lineup has one major pros = optimal performance in every case. Thats why all national teams, all highest level teams in all critical games will choose empty lineup.

- remove gameshape training:
Okay this is just a game, but what kind of training in real life would be gameshape training?? Minute management should be important factor in this game. I see that most beneficial strategy is definetly: minimal team, empty lineup, gameshape training. Income from training is less than savings with smaller team and better arena income due to better performance. It is also making this managerial game too simple!

Gameshape training could be anything from just shooting around, getting massaged, stretched just a laid back practice to get that last touch right before a game, I disagree Game shape should not be removed..

However I like the idea regarding the blank lineups, where someone said that they should simply just randomize the squad just like with a bot team..

So yay for gameshape staying and nay for blank line-ups..
