I disagree completely. training free throws as an 18 year old? Why would you waste a valuable week of fast training on free throws? Unless you are just talking about during the allstar week. He said that he does not care if his guy is U21 material or not so he should create a well rounded big. I would get passing to 6, OD to 6 and then pump 1v1 forwards. He can train big skills later on.although big skills do train faster when he is younger, everything else also trains faster.

There is no later on when come down to fast big man training at 18yrs old, at 19/20 it not as fast as 18 yrs old.. I would train ft because bigs get to the line 40/50% of the time during the game. which is 20% of his player point production early on till his inside shooting skills improve.. would I do ft the 1st season year.. no//

I would one on one for a half or a full season year, then id defense and rebounds, passing. his second season.

There is no later on when come down to fast guard skill training at 18yrs old, at 19/20 it not as fast as 18 yrs old.. I would not train ft because there is allstar break every season which are begging ft training.

I would pressure for a half or a full season year, then pressure and passing, his second season.

There is no later on when it comes down to a lot of different training... I don't quite understand your argument. If he wants a complete player that he can use for seasons to come it is more important to get his secondaries down and then work on primaries since U21 NT is not a priority for him. OD and PAS are the most important now, followed by 1v1. If he wanted this guy to have a chance at the U21 NT then I would be giving much different advice.

Are there not player on my team, some I have had since 19 yrs old.

Nothing wrong with telling him to do big man training for a big man. it would be faster for his player to come up to benefit the team... How do I know this because I have trained players. Where is the wrong in telling him to train a big man like a big man because it faster at 18 yrs old.? Its actually the truth.

What difference would it make to train ft for 18 yr old .. because it would pop faster. thats the big difference. One or two week is of that is not gong to kill his player skills... Can he not do every thing this player at 19 yrs old.. so it not big deal, like some make it be beyond faster pops which was my general point.

Waste of week ? lets be realistic here we can say that about all training, because you can always do better.. Where and when he starts I don't care, I just put the areas down he should improve if he want a decent big man. It does not have to be this season.

I would go about half a season of OD about half a season of PA and about half a season of 1v1 training. And during the All Star break I would probably do Stamina training, I like my players having at least inept or mediocre Stamina.
Then of course I would start training big man skills rotating between IS/ID/RB

Just out of curiosity, what are Paris Haas' skills on your team? You've had him for a very long time and it does not look like he has made much progress. He also looks very similar to the player that you are giving advice on.... If the way you train can only get Paris Haas up to a 8k salary after all those years is the same way you are asking him to train his player, then I don't quite support your opinion. I personally do not see a single player that you have trained efficiently that is on your team, so I don't think this form of suggestions and advice is your strong suit. Training FT does not decrease as he gets older so that point you made was inaccurate and when you "just put the areas down he should improve", that is not helpful advice because he'll probably assume you mean training those skills now. I apologize if I seem like I am being too harsh, but I think others that have posted in this thread all have more experience training players than you do and we are all giving similar advice that contradicts yours. Your entitled to your opinion, I would just not recommend spreading around advice on topics you do not know much about.
