If you're gonna be relegated make sure to start the prices as low as possible because the relegation lowers your attendance for the first part of the season.

Most people go for the 15k bleachers 5k lower, 500 Courtside and 50 luxury. Bleachers generally feel like the easiest to build and better return. Lower tier feels really slow to build. My suggestion is get more bleachers if you feel you can tear up league 5. If not, then maybe some more attendance stable seats such as the other 3.

I would lower the prices like jeffjeff said, but I recommend that you build not only bleachers, but lower tier as well. Lower tier seats have a lower amount of fluctuation after wins or losses.

so how does this look?

build 1900 bleachers and change price from 8 to 6 (min is 5)

build 160 lower tier and change price from 40 to 31 (min is 18)

build 22 courtside and change price from 120 to 103 (min is 50)

build 1 VIP and change price from 700 to 560 (min is 400)

new stadium and prices

7500 bleachers at 6
700 lower tier at 31
150 court side at 103
10 VIP at 560

how does that sound?

I've never been relegated before, so I don't know how much of a hit you take attendance wise, but I've heard it's pretty bad. I wouldn't put minimum or near minimum pricing out of the option. There is nothing blaringly bad with the ratios of what you're building.

It's been about 10 seasons since I've been in D5, but I think the prices of your bleachers are fine. Don't really see a problem with the amount of seats you plan to build. However, I would lower everything else. I recommend dropping lower tier to the mid twenties, courtside to around $85, and VIP to $525. You can also use [link=Buzzer-Manager.com] or the attendance helper on http://bb-usa.net/. Hope this helps.
