Pump outside skills for 2 seasons then focus on inside training for the second guy after that. Maybe even sell the first guy towards the end of the second season.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

I would say it highly depends on what position you'd like to keep on your team for seasons to come. I'd personally recommend training that 6'9 big man, but if you want a great custom-made PG, then keep the top. Training both of them simultaneously would not allow them to reach their full potential, as they would train very slowly and not become the "MVP" and "superstar" that they truly are.

If you keep the PG, I'd recommend switching between Outside D training and Passing training every week. So, week one is OD, week two is PA, week three is OD, and so on. I'd do that probably for this entire season, perhaps 3/4 of the season. Then, I would switch to OD and JS, same style. By age 20, or two seasons from now, he'd be your team's best outside defender, be able to pass, and have a decent JS.

If you keep the PF/bigman, I'd recommend starting with an IS/ID rotation in training, similar to above, for about 3/4 of a season. Then, REB/ID for about the same length.

I'm not a genius or anything - this all depends on your personal preferences and what type of player you want to develop. But, I DO know that training both of these guys simultaneously would be a terrible move.
