The 2nd one is nice but the 1st guy has a big gap in IS and his potential isn't good, but you can train him as a 3rd guy and use his minutes when your other 2 guys miss minutes in a week.

I'd start with some 1v1 to bring up handling for Miling so that his handling isn't slowing down OD and PA because of elastic effect. That way you can fix the atrocious driving of Hook too. You can train a bit of PA once HA pops on Miling, and some OD when HA is up to 3 (make sure to train 1v1 again when OD/PA pops). When HA is 5 you can train PA and OD to 9, and then switch to ID. I'd get ID to 9 first so he can defend when playing C. You could also train some JR if you really want to make him versatile and make the most of his potential. Round out with IS/RB and some more ID according to your liking.
